APARTMENS :: |
|
The
house lies in the proximity of the city Tkon in
Kraj. The beach is 300 m from the house and the
nearest shop is 2000 m away. The apartment is
on the first floor, the ground floor is resided
by the owners. Three room apartment is suitable
for 7 persons, contains two bedrooms, living room
with kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Apartment
is also climatised.
We
can provide you with house-made specialities,
and we can also offer you domestic dry figs, olive
oil and olives, black wine, home made brandy,
salty anchovies and more...
If
you decide to vacate in our apartment, kitchenware
and fresh bedding already waits for you, everything
else is to be brought along.
The apartments are
placed 300 m from the beach.
On the beach you will find snack bars with beverages,
icecream and playing equipment for children. The
beach is sandy and therefore suitable for small
children.

HOW TO REACH US :: |
|
The
easyest way is, to take a ferry ride from
the Biograd to the city Tkon (Pašman). When
you arrive to the Tkon, drive into the direction
of the settlement Kraj (via island of Ugljan).
From Tkon to the Kraj is cca 3 km.
Another
way is from Zadar, with ferry to the Ugljan,
then you must drive the whole length of
island Pašman up to Kraj. The islands are
connected with a bridge.
When
you arrive to Kraj mrs. Mirjana will be
already expecting you. If you decide to
vacate in the apartments you're already
there and vacation can begin. Those of you
who will spend the vacation in the Robinson
house, Mrs. Mirjana will take you up to
the bay with boat or car, where the house
stands.

There
are two possible directions towards Pašman.
With the car you can drive from the mainland
to island from two ports. One is port Biograd
on the line Biograd - Tkon (island Pašman),
or over there the island Ugljan from the
port of Zadar, on the line Zadar - Preko
(Ugljan).
The ferry drives daily and frequently so
you can precisely schedule your drive. In
the summer dates frequency of the travel
rises, in the case of a crowding ferry drives
nonstop without timetable.
The travels lasts 15 min from Biograd and
30 min from Zadar.

ISLAND
PAŠMAN :: |
|
|
The
number of inhabitants on the island
is 3349. The highest summit is Bokolj
with 272m. On the western side is
the island from the limestone, in
the east from the dolomite with smaller
part of yield-rich fern-like layers.
In the
proximity of the island the sea current
changes the direction every 6 hours,
therefore water is one of the purest
in the Adriatic sea. The western coast
is arranged and is rich at bays (particularly
in the southeast). The larger sea
bays are: Polača, Taline, Triluke,
Lanđin, Soline and Kablin. Along east
coast are all island settlements:
Tkon, Kraj, Pašman, Mrljane, Neviđane,
Dobropoljana, Banj and Ždrelac.
Economic activity is mainly agriculture,
viticulture, fruit-growing, cattle
breeding, fishery and tourism. Along
the island runs the regional traffic
route. The island alone is settled
from primeval times (Illyrian remains,
Roman excavations on Pašman, Banj).
On the St. Antes beach on the southwest
coast lies a pre-Roman church. From
1050 it is in possession of the Biograd
parish, from 1126 it is in the possession
of the Zadar parish.

ROBINSON HOUSE :: |

The
house is in wonderful nature, on the low settled
south side of the island
Pašman in the bay Lanđin and is accessible
only by foot or boat. Here you can forget about
daily problems and concernes, so you can enjoy
the calming sun, wave sounds and clean, unimpaired
nature. Your only neighbours will be sea gulls,
which cirlce on gentle blue skies, or the dolphins,
which swim and play in crystal clean sea.

The
house has two floors. In the ground floor are two bedrooms
with large bed for couples, bathroom, kitchen, living
room with two optional beddings and the terrace. On
the first floor are also two bedrooms, a larger living
room with small kitchen, a bath and a balcony.
The volume of the water tank is 50.000 l, electricity
is solar powered (220V/12V). Running water from the
tank is in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Water must
be used very economically. The kitchen is equipped with
a stove, refrigerator and kitchenware. Bedding is included
and is in the bedroom. There is also a fire-place which
stands in front of the house, accessable from the terrace,
where you can also experience the unique view of the
bay. |

By
the house there is also a moore
for a small boat with its own peer,
from which you can take a ride around the
bay. On the pier are also stairs for lighter
entrance to the sea. Beside the mole there's
a large pine tree so you can chill out from
the daily heat. In the vicinity there are
also beaches, suitable for nudism (FKK/unofficial). |

How
to get to the Robinson house?
You
can leave your car at mrs. Mirjana. She will take you
with your luggage up to the top of the mountain. From
there is still 10 minutes to go on foot. It is also
possible transport by boat (included in price). According
to the desire, mrs. Mirjana can also deliver some water,
food, etc.
Spend this years vacation year like genuine Robinsons
and experience a marvelous experience. The island offers
a lot of attractions. You can also bring along for fishery
equipment and fishery pass and provide your family or
friends with a meal from the sea. They can also cycle
the island or take a hike, there are many worth seeing
bays in the proximity(Soline, St. Ante, Žinčana...)
If
you decide for different vacation you can believe us,
that you will enjoy the wilderness of well preserved
nature. You will experience the life our predecessors,
at least for short period of time. The change from the
rush of everyday life and classic holiday will make
this holiday unforgettable. |
